Everything you need for a full body strength circuit including free weights, leg press, cable machines, and squat rack.

Sweat Sanctuary
Our back room is set up for core work, HIIT rounds, and functional movement. From medball slams, heavy bag work to abs. Maybe dim the lights foam roll or a have a good stretch.
